Set up your whole family by just talking. No forms.
Brain fried by setup screens? Skip them. Guided Setup is a friendly chat that asks a thing or two at a time — type it or say it out loud. Ramble, skip around, change your mind; it keeps up. It builds the kids, sign-ins, routines, chores it scores itself, even starter rewards. One summary card, one tap, family done before you lose the thread.
Log in at app.adhdtasker.com, open Manage, and tap "Try the guided setup wizard." Brand-new parents meet it automatically the moment they start a family. Still in beta.
🧪 Now in beta on Google Play
The family chore board, in your pocket.
ADHDTasker turns the whiteboard on the wall into a shared app. Parents set the jobs, kids claim and complete them, and points roll in — scaled by how hard the task is and how long it takes.
Or use the web app right now (no install) — log in with Google, or a code & PIN.
🧪 Be a beta tester
ADHDTasker is in closed beta on Google Play. Drop your email below — we'll add you to the test and send your install link, usually within a day. Free, and easy to leave.
How it works
- Sign up above using the Google account on your Android phone.
- We add you to the test and email your Google Play install link.
- Open the link, tap Become a tester, then install from Google Play.
Already added? Join here: play.google.com/apps/testing/com.adhdtasker. Don't want to install? The web app works right now.
📱 On iPhone? Use the web app: open it in Safari (not inside Messenger/Instagram — Google blocks sign‑in there), then Share → Add to Home Screen — it installs like an app, with notifications on iOS 16.4+.
Built around how chores really happen
Lanes that mirror the whiteboard, points that feel fair, and rewards kids actually fight over.
Every cadence covered
Interrupts, One-offs, and recurring Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly chores that re-arm themselves on schedule. Bins on Mondays, gutters on the 1st — sorted.
Yuck × time scoring
Points = onerousness (1–10) × minutes. The grosser the job, the more it pays per minute — so the worst chores finally get volunteers.
Bank & rewards
Points bank into a lifetime score and a spendable balance. Kids claim parent-set rewards; you approve (or deny & refund) with a tap.
Kids on any device
Older kids sign in with Google; little ones use a tablet with just a family code + PIN — no email, no Google account, no problem.
Kids can pitch in
Anyone can jot an Interrupt ("don't forget the spare wheel!"). Kids can even propose tasks and points — a parent just approves them first.
Live, with nudges
The board syncs across every device in real time, push-notifies parents when something needs approval, and lets anyone Ping the family.
See it in action
The board, the bank, and the parent approval queue.
Mock-ups shown — the real thing is on the test build.
The maths of misery
A short, petty explainer for the only formula that matters.
Not all chores are created equal. Scrubbing the toilet for five minutes should clearly out-earn reading a comic for five minutes — and yet, somehow, the gross jobs are always the ones nobody touches.
So ADHDTasker scores every job on cold, honest arithmetic:
points = yuck (1–10) × minutes
Picking up the dog poo is a confident 10. It takes about 5 minutes. That's 50 points — the same as twenty-five minutes of pleasant, dignified shelf-dusting. The more revolting the task, the better it pays per minute, which is precisely why your eight-year-old will materialise, gloves on, the instant the litter tray needs doing. Capitalism, but for cleaning the bin. You're welcome. 🧤
How it works
From wall whiteboard to working economy in a few minutes.
Create your family
Sign in with Google and add a profile for each parent and child.
Add tasks
Set how yucky a job is (1–10) and how long it takes — the app does the points (or pick from 90 built-in chores).
Kids claim & complete
Children pick up jobs, do them, and mark them done. Kids can even propose their own.
Approve, bank & reward
You approve completed tasks, points bank into each kid's balance, and they claim the rewards you set.
Questions, answered
The quick version. Anything else — just ask.
Is ADHDTasker free?
Yes — it's free to use. Run it as the Android app or straight in your browser at app.adhdtasker.com, no payment required.
What devices does it work on?
Android phones and tablets, plus any web browser — including iPhone, where the web app installs to your home screen. The whole family's board syncs in real time across every device.
How are points calculated?
Every task is scored as onerousness (1–10) × minutes. The grosser or longer the job, the more it pays per minute — so the chores nobody wants finally get volunteers.
Do kids need their own email or Google account?
No. Older kids can sign in with Google if they like, but little ones just use a shared tablet with a family code and PIN — no email, no account.
Is my family's data private?
Yes. No ads, no third-party ad trackers; data lives in Google Firebase and is limited to your family by server-side rules. Even our website analytics are cookieless and privacy-friendly. See our Privacy Policy.
